Vettes are easier for old men and ladies to live with on a daily basis. Also, they are cheaper to buy/finance and insure.

Lets also not forget the transmission options available in the Vette vs the Viper.

Because the viper is too much of a hairy chested cartoon. The C7 is a big step towards retaining the essential corvette performance while not looking like a junior high school wet dream. If only Chevy toned down the aero scoops and awful rear lights treatment.

since they are about neck and neck in performance, id like to see what would happen if srt priced the viper at 65k keeping all the same specs , im pretty sure the viper would become americas sports car.
