Awesome! GM introduced these back in 2007.
All that's needed is for the marketing guys to convince stupid Americans that the Koreans invented this. A free TV to any believer should do the trick.

So the truth comes out. Delphi, GM's old company is actually making the engine and Hyundai will just take the credit.

The anti-Hyundai bigotry is ridiculous. GM clearly did nothing with the technology given that it is nowhere to be found in its gas-engined products.

So what if GM didn't do anything with it. They proved it could be done and for reasons unknown to us, didn't pursue it further. Perhaps the price at the time was too high.

Hyundai is announcing this as though they invented it and Americans generally only have 2 second attention spans so of course we'll be duped by marketing to believe that Hyundai invented this along with the automobile.

Anti-immitation bigotry. Hyundai would get my respect if they ever learned to do anything for themselves beyond stealing our ideas and designs.
