Who cares about the XL1. Its high MPG comes with dangerously slow acceleration and the car would be a death trap in a wreck. Now if VW took the look of the XL1 and stretched and pulled it to fit on the Golf chassis, they would have a proper Scirocco to replace the fat pig they call a Scirocco.
