Should Mercedes-Benz Consider Building A C-Class Hatchback?
The very first rendering with a hatchback version of the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class generation has recently hit the web and it’s showing us how the model in question may look like if the company decides to put it into production.

The 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class has been officially unveiled just a few weeks ago and after we have seen almost every body style in rendering images, time has come to see yet another one. We’re talking about the hatchback version, which has been digitally imagined by Theophilus Chin and even if it will hit the market over the following years, the model in question will have no direct competitors.

looks just like the 1 series hatch in Europe, pass... besides they did so well with the last Hatch C Class in the US... I love hatches but not feelin this

The rendering is lacking the rakishness of the new Mazda3. It needs to show fluidity, and this is a blunt cutoff of the rear. If the design were executed with these elements in mind, it may be passable.
