DETROIT AUTO SHOW- FIRST And BEST Detailed OFFICIAL Photos Of The Lexus RC F Interior - Does It Meet Your Expectations?

It is pretty obvious that Lexus has spent a great deal of attention to the detail of the new RC F V8 Coupe.  Just by walking through the shots of the exterior we can tell this looks like it will be one mean beast, but will it be a contender?

After all it is more about mean looks, it takes a purposeful cockpit to make it all happen.  The RC F simply has to to provide the tools make it perform as good as it looks.  Just sit inside any German sport sedan to see what I mean.  Purposeful and precise with all of the information needed at a finger reach.

No silly gizmos and unneeded features, just the tools to get the job done.  You know point A to point B as fast as possible.

The interior and materials look cheap and lots of plastic is used throughout and the styling is ok but not very sporty.

Seriously, that is one fantastic interior! Those are the most curvaceous seats ever. This is the epitome of luxury/sport!

Though Lexus normally puts me to sleep, one thing they do well is interiors and this is a step in the right direction.

I applaud them for trying to rebrand and add more passionate products, won't change their image overnight but consistence is key

But most likely not to the Europe worshippers, who religiously believe that anything that is not made in the Western Europe is cheap and plastic-y.

Interior looks cheap compared to outside. Wheel is ugly and clock on the dash looks like they grabbed it out of the spare parts bin.

MUCH better than the exterior. I really like the interior, but the exterior is just plain awful.
