DETROIT AUTO SHOW - Up Close And Personal With The First Walk Around Video Of The Lexus RC F
Pictures may say a thousand words, but a video can sometime set the record straight.  So far you have seen a flood of exterior and interior shot of new Lexus RD F uber coupe.  But there is more to this story.

Sometimes a live  walk around is needed, but that isn't going the happen until next week but we are in luck. Lexus has provided a walk around of an in the new RC F in the form of a video.  While this might not be ideal, it does give you a chance to see it in a different light.

Is it what it is cracked up to be or just another pretty face?

I have a feeling that this is going to be a 911/M3 killer.

Ive been selling car for the last 12 years in Houston. After almost 4 years at Lexus I went to work for Mercedes. Best move I ever made. Lexus never innovates and are always a generation behind in terms of technology and performance. The outgoing Mercedes C63 AMG currently has 507hp. You'll be able to buy this car at invoice within 2 months of it being available mark my words.

Apparently, this so called rumor of the people who work at the dealerships of the European brands like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo, Bentley and such are quite arrogant and do not even consider the American and the Japanese luxury brands as.....anything was true.

You see this beautiful car and all you tell us is this? I mean, sure, almost every rich person in the world loves and worships European brands and their cultures 24/7, as they faithfully believe the European products are simply the pinnacle of all luxury products in the world (This kind of phenomenon can be seen especially in the United States. No wonder this Europe-worshipping country is going bankrupt as the Americans do not give a rat's ass about their own country anymore, when Germany is highly respected everywhere around the world, because of their economic power). But really, how can you still be so narrow-minded, even after seeing such a gorgeous car like this one?

Look, my opinion is no reason to hurl insults at me like calling me arrogant and narrow minded. Last I checked I don't know you so don't pretend you know anything about me. This is a comment section of a car enthusiast website after all. How about instead you address my comment directly? What about this car is innovative? How is 460hp and 0-60 in 4.5 seconds not last generation performance in this segment? As far as the looks go, in my opinion, it looks like an overdone 2 door Is where it should look like the LF-LC concept.

If you didn't know what "arrogant" means, and when it is used, then I guess I have nothing more to say to you. Is this article about your dealership? Or Mercedes? And exactly what part of your comment shows your "car enthusiasm", other than your enthusiastic faith towards Europe? Does this article have anything to do with your comment whatsoever? Your foolish comment was literally "inviting", so you merely got what you were expecting. Don't cry now.

0-60 is basically something only the Americans would care about. If you think that is how you define a "luxury" car, then it looks like those Mustangs built by those street kids, which can go 0 to 60 in less than 2 seconds are the "luxury" vehicles?

Well, I know that this country almost has no brands that the Americans can be proud of, so it is obvious why you are so happy to work for the dealership that sells products of the Mighty Germany (I even saw a Facebook page where tons of Americans wanting America to be a colony of Britain again. Laughable)

But really, before you comment, read your own first. Or rather, try to think first.

JDMUSMuscle I read your comments and I certainly agree although am Australian your words can be used here. Anyone would think that Germany is the be all and end all. I do drive a Merc and also a Lexus. Both wonderful cars but the sheer difference and going with the sheep i feel the lexus is a better car.

I'm sure it is a lot worse here in America, friend.

In America, the watches must be Swiss, cars must be German or Italian, fashion brands must be French or Italian, wine must be French, yachts must be German, etc.

And the rich Americans' dream is to live in a European style castles with Italian chefs and such I think.

So much for the independence day huh?

And the Americans today wonder where all our manufacturing jobs went.

Hopefully this year will be a better one for both Australia and America, friend.

I bet this is the informal star at Detroit auto show, certainly during industry days, with competitors tearing their hair out. Saw this first hand when Lexus introduced their gas direct injection to the industry.
