EXCLUSIVE PHOTO: Justin Bieber Arrested For DUI, Drag Racing, Driving With An Expired License And Resisting Arrest

Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning and it wasn't pretty -- cops say Justin was wasted and resisted arrest and cussed the cop out, dropping multiple F bombs ... TMZ has learned.

Justin posed for a smiley mug shot moments after the arrest -- while sporting what appears to be a jail-issued orange jumpsuit.

Law enforcement tells us ... Bieber was busted in Miami Beach and it didn't end with DUI ... he was also busted for resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they believe Justin was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.

Well, had Justin been a young black man racing a car smelling of weed/alcohol, cursing out an officer dropping the F bomb numerous times, and resisting arrest would of had a VERY VERY different outcome.

that's a heck of an assumption. Not in a racial way but assuming Beiber is a threat to anyone in a physical way is laughable. Kid needed some police brutality. Then he could release a rap album talking about doing time and the man keeping him down. Should be the final nail in his "singing" career.

I believe it was Dr. Phill who stated on his TV show that a person on drugs can mature physically but their mental maturation is delayed. I think that photo says it all.

You know they say you are a product of your parents. Have you seen a pictures of Justin walking on the beach in Miami with his father Jeremy.
I think that picture speaks volumes. Further we learn that pappa was intrumental in have traffic blocked off so JR. could go Lambo racing.Old Dad has half his upper body tatooed. So can you totally blame "The Bieb"for his Fx@ up attitude. Mom has said publicly that her son is mature and responsible.Well I guess if you don't shoot anybody that must be the criteria.Everything else doesn't matter.Maybe if you can start by locking up Mom and Dad and give the kid electro shock therapy that might be a start towards good behavior.
