Cadillac developing more variants for the next CTS?

Automotive news is reporting that we'll see more variants of the next generation Cadillac CTS.

The Spies say look for a coupe and convertible version of the next CTS...

Why don't they get Lotus to tune the chassis?

Get an Italian styling house to design it, then make the rest of the car really good.

a convertible american car?
a convertible american car with attitude?
a convertible american car with attitude and a lower price than a 3 series convertible?

in the uk this will fly off the shelves, i think it will raise caddy's image a lot.
men are in need of a non girly convertible!
