STUD OR DUD? 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe Revealed

STUD OR DUD? 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe Revealed
This is the Mercedes S-Class Coupe, a sporty version of the Mercedes S-Class built for those who really want to drive. It will go on sale in November 2014 at a price starting from around £100,000.

This is the S-Class Coupe in full production form, boasting a design which is almost identical to the sharply styled concept from the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.

In two-door Coupe form, the Mercedes S-Class is 89mm shorter than it is as a saloon, and the roofline has been lowered by 85mm. Narrower rear windows flow neatly into a set of wider rear arches and fresh LED tail-lights wrap around the boot and wings.

Sexy isn't a word I use often to describe a car, but it's the first one that came to mind when looking at this S Class Coupe... Bravo MB

The front is from the CLA, not sure that was the right thing to do, its not beautiful. However this probably needs to be seen in person to truly make a comment. The simple fact its MB's Flagship Coupe' speaks to what the content is capable of. However the latest string of MB big coupe's is not really a strong story. The W126 Coupe being iconic, and the current model is clean and elegant. The ones in between are quite forgettable. Again, I think it needs to be seen in person...

This is just the same story re-hashed with a different title. Agents, you already had multiple threads on the S-class Coupe previously. Is it a slow day in SoCal?

Can't wait to see the AMG version, still hoping for transmission shifter on the console instead of geriatric clicker on column.

I like it, but the front is too similar to lesser models. Profil looks great.

MB is on a roll. Just as the C sedan looks like a baby S class sedan this looks like a baby S class coupe. My only gripe is with the excessive, Christmas tree light LEDs but other than that this is a stunner!

Beautiful and the interior is to die for

....the hell? This was revealed like "weeks" ago.

And no, don't think it is that much of a looker to be honest.

I would say Lexus RC is definitely a better looking car.

How do my comments warrant a -4 suppose haters gonna hate... suppose you've all seen it in person and can emphatically state its appearance...?

I guess I'm not seeing what others are. I think the front and interior look nice, but looking at the car as a whole, especially the rear of it, I'm not feeling it. The rear seems a bit to bloated for my liking, so I would put it somewhere in the middle of stud and dud.
