If The 2016 Nisan GT-R Looked Like THIS, Would You Write Your Down Payment Check NOW?
A leaked image with what is believed to be the next generation of the Nissan GT-R has recently made its way onto the web, and if it turns out to be true, this would be the first time ever when people outside the company get to see it in the metal.

The Japanese based automaker Nissan has been known to start working on the new GT-R generation of quite some time now, but before the iconic sports car will be ready for the market, sometimes next year, the car manufacturer has to make sure that everything goes just like it should. The image posted above has been seen in a Japanese magazine and it’s showing a next-gen Nissan GT-R, with an evolutionary design, which seems to be inspired by Infiniti.

I really hope Nissan nails it with this next Gen GTR. The car has sooooo much potential and such awesome performance.

Please do the GTR justice Nissan and don't even think about executing that poor excuse for a design.

Nah I'd say more like a previous gen Elantra or Santa Fe, with that hexagonal air intake.

Why not let what someone says about a car get your panties in a bunch?

I like the old one. Its not a looker, it is a performance machine. Nissan designed it to do one thing: Perform. They didn't design it so you could be seen driving around in it, they designed it for people who get serious amounts of pleasure from performance.

Front end reminds me of previous version of the Lexus IS. Great performance though. Weird that Nissan cannot figure out how to make a good looking car though, especially at this price.

Hopefully this isn't even CLOSE to the real deal.

Not bad, perhaps not as menacing as the current GT-R but I am sure this is a hint at how it will look not necessary the final look.

It looks like an evolution of the current design. I like the current styling, but this render is a little underwhelming.

With a .27/.28 cg of drag, I can't blame Nissan for holding onto the same overall shape. The render looks like the car may be a little smaller than the current gen, which is also a good thing.

P.s.

580hp with an additional 250hp "KERS" motor . . . INSANE!!!
