Gender-Bending South Carolina Lube Shop Changing Service Expectations

Just off Highway 183 in Easley, South Carolina, there’s an oil change shop that’s garnering a lot of attention – and a lot of patrons.

Dipstick Fastlube is America’s first all-female oil and lube shop, complete with lip-shaped chairs and four fetching female technicians who sign each oil filter with a heart flourish. How has it been received? Owner Lori Miller says Dipstick Fastlube has serviced some 1,200 customers since April.

Predictably, the majority of Miller’s customers are male, but a good number of them are women, with more than a few who arrive under the rationale that a fellow female won’t try to bilk them for unnecessary maintenance.

LOL! Well now thats using their bodies....uh I mean minds. Pretty smart marketing ploy if you ask me. These ladies could probably rip off the male customers by heaving their quotes up onto the table, leaning over and making the poor dude sign off on an overinflated lube job.
