INTERESTED NOW? Infiniti Plans To Spank The Germans With 700HP Flagship Sedan
Back in 2009, Infinity revealed the gorgeous Essence concept coupe at the Geneva Motor Show, a car that has been the benchmark for the company’s (often unfulfilled) design potential. Last month, Infiniti once again wowed Geneva attendees, this time by announcing that the Q50 Eau Rouge concept would be powered by the Nissan GT-R's engine.

But now, the company wants more. According to reports, it is plotting a 700-plus horsepower hybrid flagship for 2017-18.

If this Flagship Sedan puts the power down like the GTR...of course I'm interested

So, basically a 4-door GT-R. Certainly sounds intriguing, but seeing is believing.

So, Eau Rouge, the 4 door GT-R sedan, and now this 4 door GT-R Coupe.

This is going to be amazing to say the least. So, Lexus has RC and RC-F. And also Lexus' new flagship supercar LF-LC is coming in a few years. And now Infiniti is introducing two supercars.

The only thing that the Germans got nowadays is just design and nothing else, so Infiniti and Lexus shouldn't have many problems competing against the Germans. Finally, the people will be saying "Oh, you drive a 2 series/1/A3/A4/C/3? I bet you can't afford Infiniti nor Lexus, the real luxury brands" ;)

Is it funny to you? I think it is. Because what I said, is simply the truth!

I'm still not liking Nissan's/Infiniti's external styling.

It's a smart choice to use hybrid to offset heavey weight distribution of engine and AWD up front. This will mitigate inherent terminal understeer .

Was "Infiniti" spelled "Infinity" back in 2009? LULZ

Why must Infiniti have such a butt HIDEOUS design language? They are Japanese Sci Fi wrong looking like Lexus.

I will take Infiniti styling over Lexus or Acura styling everyday!

Good on Infiniti for going with a daring styling language.

Bold, outrageously brash concepts like this only create a buzz.... consistent delivery of desirable products will create a brand. The design language is hideous as is Lexus.... Acura is not as ugly they're just completely unnoticeable and irrelevant in terms of style. One of these companies should buy Pininfarina as VW bought Ital Design.... once everyone has the same content below the sheet metal, style and marketing take over.... all 3 companies are lacking in these 2 basics...
