Katie Perry Spends $500,000 On Fisker Sedans For Her Staff - Wouldn't 5 Teslas Be A Better Deal?

Pop star Katy Perry may have a schedule which sees her travel the world with a team of staff.

But the 29 year-old star is increasingly conscious of her carbon footprint and - to combat this - has splashed out on a batch of electric cars for her assistants.

According to a report in the Daily Star, the Dark Horse singer spent £300,000 on a troupe of vehicles which will make her considerably 'greener'.

But the title is correct, I think the Tesla's would cost less and they are better cars.

The Karma looks better from a distance and has the added plus of having a model built with recycled materials inside and out.

The only problem with the Karma is that they break more, compared to the Tesla, and when you look at one up close, you notice that there are huge panel gaps and a lot of the panels do not line up.
