Nice the least dependable luxury brand 2nd only to Land Rover according to JD Power turns out to be the best value according to this "Vincentric" group based in Bingham Farms, Michigan

Don't know where your getting your info but Audi did pretty good on several vehicles for J.D Power reliability. They were no were near the bottom with them. I'm still loving my Audi A6er quality craftsmanship. Everyone one of the German makers seem to merely rotate in terms of popularity. I owned a couple of 3 series and a 5 series before they put all the weight on and m over away from what they do best. Build high performance dynamic handling vehicles. Now they cater to soccer mom's: X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7 - I'm getting tired of listing all the SUVs now. They gained weight, use those CRAPPY run flat tires (which cost more and get 1/2 the miles on a normal high performance tire), When the lighter 2015/16 5-series comes out, we'll look again. Until then, Audi is building a FINE piece of machinery.

Loving my '13 S5 with the blown supercharged six. Wife has had her '10Q for 4.5 years with only the water pump issue early on. No complaints here.

Why does "value in a luxury brand" sound almost counterintuitive? And I'm kind of laughing at the individual cars that were recognized, aka the lowest-possible-volume cars in the lineup.

Oh, and who exactly is "Vincentric"?

Right if I find out the founder's name is "Vincent", they will lose all Cred!

You know, if they're credible and reputable, then that's what's important. I just think the choice of the Audi models is pretty peculiar.

Audi is indeed a best value luxury brand.

But if you want the best "real" luxury brand, then always bet on Lexus ;)

I'm honestly surprised that Lexus wasn't the best luxury value (that still seems like such an oxymoron to me).

here's another odd tidbit. On the Vincentric website, they posted a news article on US News' Best Car for the Money awards. Part of the rating was using Vincentric data. Nowhere does an Audi even show up on this list, as either a winner in any segment, or even a finalist.

Right, well aware of that, Nuttie since you shoved that down our throats enough. It still ranks the RDX higher in overall score and much higher in reliability. and the Q5 wasn't even a finalist in their Best Car for the MOney (which the RDX won).
