Teen TV Star Ariel Winter Picks Up A New C-Class As A First Car - Could She Have Done Better?
Sixteen year old, Ariel Winter, who plays Alex Dunphy on ABC's Modern Family, bought herself a brand new Mercedes-Benz C-Class recently and she paid in full. Not many kids out there can walk up to a dealership and throw down that kind of money (their own money) at the age of sixteen but when you're Ariel Winter and you've been working on a hit TV show since you were ten or eleven years old it's no big deal.

Good to see the oldest in its segment still attracts the youngest of affluent buyers!

Next time wait a month for the ALL NEW C Though!

LOL, she's 16, on one of the hottest shows, apart of one of the biggest networks ABC- It's called a car service, how most of Hollywood gets around when they don't feel like driving that day

Yes, she should have waited for the new C to be released. But, if this is the car that meets her needs and wants, then good for her.

Car4Life - is right the current car is a really nice car. Though its ancient, and not even competitive in the segment, its a Mercedes and a solid buy. Its built like a tank and the prestige of a Mercedes is magnetic....she should have waited for the new one, but she'll probably get rid of this in a year anyhow....

Not competitive? The C350 Sport just recently bested the new 335i in a comparison (but lost to the ATS)

Which comparison was that? I don't doubt it lost to the ATS. I looked at getting a C350 but the ATS was definitely better. The 335 was not competitively priced to either....much more but no clear advantage.... just cost.

OK, not quite as recent as i thought, but these models haven't been updated significantly since the comparison.

She probably got it for free. Anyway, should have gotten a 2015 C400 instead of the outgoing model.

This is chump change for her. It's just a C class.
