GM Says It Can't Report Sales Due To Computer Glitch

March U.S. sales, originally scheduled to be released at 9:30 a.m. EDT today, will be delayed several hours due to a computer systems issue that impacted dealer sales reporting. The company expects to report its sales this afternoon before the close of business.

Sad to say GM can't even get their own sales figures together.

I feel a bit sad for the new CEO. She is taking the heat for the good old boys club that ran the company in the ground countless times and made fortunes for themselves.

Mgmt like that was why the union came into power to begin with.

I feel kind of sad for the American automakers. They are always seen as the good examples of "failures", and the European brands are always seen as the "absolute" brands that dominate the entire world.

And the Japanese brands are only considered as appliances. Funny world we live in.
