NEW Photos Of The All-New Lexus NX Hit The 'Net — Is It A STUD or DUD?

The all-new Lexus NX is a vehicle we've been waiting for. That's because the market has been craving small, luxury sport-utility vehicles. Every automaker has been chomping at the bit to get a product to market.

THINK: We've got the all-new Audi Q3 on the way, the BMW X1 and the soon-to-be in showrooms Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class. Lexus has been missing in action.

Well, it may just be the "L's" time to shine. Though information remains slim to none at the moment, pictures have started emerging of the all-new small luxury SUV. From what I can tell, which is not much, I'd think this will essentially take some creative license from the IS sedan and use its powerplants to form an SUV. It won't be as edgy as the LF-NX concept but I don't believe it's lost the juice either.

That said, we want to know: is the Lexus NX a STUD or a DUD?

Typically classy Lexus interior, just look at the way that leather is stitched onto the dashboard.

I will say these pics look better than the first ones, but it's still just too much "design" being attempted here. Just overload on angles, and lines, and sharp edges. Not really that pleasant. The interior is a bit easier to take, but I hate that center stack surround with its edges and angles.

And if you squint your eyes at the profile, it's almost an exact shadow of the Infiniti EX.

I'd take the GLA, without hesitation, in this class. But I'm sure Lexus will sell a ton of these things.

Love this NX! These 'pictures' do not do it justice. There are some better ones out there. I would love to see it in black.

overall i like it especially the interior. the exterior is definitely not lexus like, more like a mazda or nissan.
