RENDERED SPECULATION: If Volvo's All-New XC90 Looks Like This, Would YOU Want One?

There's been quite a bit of chatter about Volvo in the past 12 months. There's good reason for this. Not only has it been showing just what the brand is capable from a performance standpoint — thank you, Polestar — it has also signaled a major shift in the product portfolio's styling.

This is a big deal for a company that's legendarily produced essentially square cages with four wheels for an eternity. Though it's vehicles experienced a different look in the latest generation of vehicles, it's time to take it one step further.

As we've seen with the three concepts making their way around the auto show circuit in the past year, there's been a departure into a more forward-thinking look that embraces what I believe is a mix of Scandanavian and Italian influences. I am not a designer, I could be wrong.

Since the company teased the XC90's facade, it's not that hard to compile a rendering of what could be in the pipeline. Add a bit of creative license from the three concepts and blam-o! You've got the next-gen XC90.

That said, what are YOUR thoughts? If it were to look like THIS, would you want one?

The first XC90 seemed fairly original for its time and had an air of uniqueness. This one looks like it'll just blend with all the other SUVs on the road, specifically the BMW X3, Mazda CX-9, and the previous Highlander, and maybe a bit of FX. That being said, it looks much better than the new MDX and JX.

No....not my choice , the front is a great improvement , back not so much looks like a Honda CRV ugly , and lateral ugly too is from Mazda and looks to feminine . The actual looks robust and masculine.

That looks great, Volvo stretched out the XC90 for so long but it was a very strong seller for the brand as one of the earlier "luxury" SUVs.

I think it will look cool whilst waiting in line to pick up the kids at the middle school, or parked in the lot at Kroger.
