That is an awesome video. Finally someone using a sports car like it is inteded. You can also see that the 599 has more performance in reserve than the 550.

Wow, either that 599 driver sucks ass, has very little time in that car, didn't engage traction control, or any combination of the above.

He did not know how to modulate the throtle to strike a balance between grip and acceleration when tryin to keep up with the 550 and its driver. I would like to have seen a driver swap and run the same road again because the 550 appeared to be more controlled/controllable.

I think that the driver in the 550 was some sort of Ferrari profesional driver, the 599 driver was just a guy from a magazine.

WRONG.

Both drivers were from EVO magazine, and BOTH drivers are extremely talented.

Now, the 599 has a camera strapped to its interior, and for the sake of his audience, the 599 driver was purposefully putting on a show.

If he were to drive in a more controlled manner, he would have eaten the 550 alive.
