When it comes to market, it should be the next Jetta. VW desperately needs to inject style into their Cold War design language. The same is true of the American Passat and the CC. Time to replace them both with a stylish new Passat sized "CC" that supplants the Passat.

Unfortunately, VW's concept department and VW's production department don't live on the same planet, let alone coordinate with each other.

Looks too big and too square to be a CC replacement; a better styled Passat, lwb version, for the Chinese market perhaps.

I think VW wants to have a Passat CC and Jetta CC. Regarding the Jetta CC it is a clear improvement over the regular Jetta. I don't care what VW label's it I don't consider it a coupe. Rather a more finely honed and more attractive 4dr sedan.I would certainly take it over a regular Jetta. To me a coupe will always have 2drs.
