Chewy- here is some big insider info.

It looks like Audi will have some SE A4 lineup for the 2nd half of 2007. This is what Audi does to finish out a body style. So hopefuly the new modular platform is out early as a 2008 model

not refresh, redesign.
the current a4 is the refresh of the 2001/2002 model.

skairmian, doubt the rs7 will get the v12, i think that is a lambo exclusive engine.
it's very wide for one thing, and is huge, 6.2 litres is a bit overkill (but not for merc).
