If Lexus makes the IS500 hybrid it will NOT be a competitor to the German rival M3, S4, AGM. For Lexus to make this IS a real competitor they need to forget about the hybrid technology for this segment and put a big V8 in it, otherwise its market will be slow as the GS450h and it will just disapear from the stage.
