Pro-Union Forces At Mercedes-Benz Alabama Plant Tell UAW To Go Home
Employees who want to unionize Alabama's Mercedes-Benz auto plant say they no longer want to work with the United Auto Workers union to accomplish that goal.

A core group of pro-union employees has asked the UAW to stop campaigning at the German automaker's Tuscaloosa County plant, because the current effort has gone on too long without success.

"This has gone on for two-and-half years, and people are burnt out," said Kirk Garner, a 13-year Mercedes employee and union supporter. "It's over."

Actually, without banning them, they're shooting themselves in the foot, year after year and accomplishing the same thing: decimated membership.

I fgel the best anti-union campaign, is to let them keep doing what they're doing...until people are so sick of them, they can't stand them any more.
