Might as well buy a toaster but I guess that is what this country likes, a POS Camry. I would take an Accord any day over a Camry.

As great as the GS is it just hasn't caught on, I blame the odd grill, and a demographic that shadows Bill O'Reilly.

Thanks for the post, but selling over 243,000 units is more than "respectable". In fact, it was Toyota's best month in 6 years. On a raw volume basis, Toyota Motor actually posted a 17% sales increase. That includes a 26% increase in Camry sales to nearly 50,000. So this a stellar month for Toyota.

Holy crap I didnt realize The Camry sold that well. In fact, I didnt realize the Prius and Tacoma still continue to sell so well even YEARS after their last major refresh. Have to give respect to that.

So Toyota has a respectable 12% yet Mercedes plows through May with about 7%?

What would you say to Hyundai only having an increase of 3.7% (on a smaller sales base so % increases should be bigger), they destroyed May?

Interesting, in May, KIA sold 200+ K900s and Hyundai moved about 2700 Genesis sedans+coupes.

So the cars that compete against Rolls Royce get outsold nearly 3-1 by the Toyota Avalon (7000+) which has virtually no marketing $ put towards it while the Genesis/K900 are having their names plastered at soccer stadiums, SuperBowl etc etc. The Koreans probably spend more money marketing these pieces of junks than what they spend on R&D (snicker snicker) to copy them.
