The Witch Hunt Is On - NHTSA Now Investigating Chrysler Ignition Switches

As another hearing began Wednesday into the General Motors ignition switch recall, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced it has opened two probes into similar possible ignition switch defects in about 1.25 million vehicles from the Chrysler Group of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

A NHTSA statement said that both new investigations "are an outcome of NHTSA's communication with automotive manufacturers and suppliers regarding air bag design and performance related to the position of the vehicle ignition switch," an effort stepped up in the wake of the GM recalls.

And now you wonder yourself why there is no such thing as "American engineering".

America sucks at soccer (Oh great, World Cup. Not something the Americans are even good at. But the Germans are really good at it, right?), manufacturing, making luxurious products, etc. And yes, all those things, Germany does those stuff far far "better".

The U.S. manufacturing prowess is dead, and now the U.S. is ready to become like the other third world countries with nothing so distinctive...except America has all the junk food franchises like McDonald's, KFC, Domino's Pizza and tons of trash movies from Hollywood. Without the manufacturing backbone, it is pretty hard to consider the U.S. as a "developed" country to begin with, let alone a "superpower".

And now who are the kings in terms of manufacturing? The Europeans, Chinese and Japanese.

And whose brands are considered as the world's best in terms of luxury? European.

Where is Made in the U.S.A. now? You tell me.

How did the companies and the culture of Japan capture the hearts of labour/middle class families of America?

By making safe, reliable products at reasonable prices.

In fact, anywhere in this world you go, you will see Japanese cars.

Many American girls are into the Japanese anime, but how often do you see girls going after something like the American comics? Not a lot nowadays.

And the European luxury stuff, well, we all know most of the people in this world love the European stuff.

So....where is Made in the U.S.A. now? Does anyone even care about it anymore? It's pretty laughable how Apple needs China to make their products, too tsk tsk tsk

Well move to Japan. And when the 1000 pound dragon, China, is banging the war drum pray to God you see the Lockheed/Boeing/General Dynamics etc. "Made in the U.S.A." aircraft are flying above. PS Hope that Toyota airbag does not explode metal in your face.

Dr550 is the reason why the United States is filled with uneducated highschool drop-outs with low IQs.

Does China need to wage war against the United States and vice versa?

Well, practically no.

http://www.cnn.com/2010/OPINION/11/10/us.china.g20/

China and the U.S. are practically ONE, and they both need each other. Just like how Made in China products are considered as low quality trash, the U.S. is also all about producing tons of Hollywood junk, junkfood, junk cars, etc. So, you should be able to find "more" similarities between the United States and China than differences. And oh, my European friend from Denmark once told me not to ever compare Europe to the United States, as that is like an insult to the European nations. I actually tend to agree, unfortunately.

And oh, you want to talk about Boeing and the "might" of the United States? Check this out.

http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-pentagon-and-slave-labor-in-u-s-prisons/25376

Ya, take a look at it, and tell me what you thought of it.

And oh, move to Japan? I have lived in Japan more than you can ever imagine, and know the place pretty well. So, it's ok. But if I have the chance to move there again, then I might! ;)

And oh, very sorry to tell you. I don't even live in the United States right now.

I'm really sorry, friend. It seems like you do not know much about anything. ;(

And oh! My friend, here is an additional info just for you.

http://www.ibtimes.com/top-10-foreign-holders-us-debt-china-japan-still-lead-1511752

If China and Japan ever decide to dump the U.S. Dollars that they have, pray to God you do not lose your minimum wage job (Which is the ONLY kind of jobs that are left in the United States).

But my friend, look on the brighter side of this. Thanks to the rich American consumers, the European manufacturing prowess is only getting more powerful than ever before, making the European luxury brands COMPLETELY "Unrivaled" in the entire planet.

What's the famous American "luxury" brand? Oh wait, who am I kidding. What is the most famous "American" brand? Oh, McDonald's? KFC? lol!

And Toyota airbag?

Did you know Chrysler ALSO RECALLED their vehicles for the airbag issues?

My friend, let me ask you, what is America actually "good" at, really? ;)
