Priced To Sell? Bentley SUV To Debut In 2016 At Around $240,000

The long-awaited Bentley SUV is getting closer to its production debut, although we still don't know what it's called or what it will cost, we have a good idea of what it looks like thanks to spy pictures, teaser images and our own exclusive renderings. The new Bentley SUV is set to be made at the firm's factory in Crewe, Cheshire, rather than alongside the next Audi Q7, which shares its underpinnings, in Bratislava, Slovakia.

I can't wait for the AWD "baby Bentley" based on the VW Jetta/Golf/Seat and Audi A3. Its claim to fame is that it will be powered by a multi-turbo'd W-8, that is exactly 1/2 of the W-16 powertrain from the Bugatti Veyron (and, ahem, the old VW Passat), will sport a "bespoke", "Diamond-stitched" leather interior, feature wood interior accents from 1,000 year old monasteries in the former Ukraine (yes, the Russians will be selling Bentley the old wood), and list for about 100,000 pounds or $170,000 USD. Get on the list now.
