Will, you complain about silly German car fans and Lexus bashing, yet your first comment here is clearly attempting to bait some MB fans and inviting a flame war.

Whoa! Just watched Motorweek, and they tested a Z4M Coupe 0-60 at 5.1 sec, and M6 at 4.9 sec! So this is faster? That dosen't make any sense!
I'm guessing the sedan comes in at around 5.3 sec, but we'll have to see.

Motorweek like all others (except Car and Driver, Road&Track and Motor Trend) get really slow times. Car and Driver got a time of 4.1 seconds for the M6. If Motorweek was/will test the 335i they would probably get a time of over 5.5 seconds. So the 335i is NOT faster than the Z4M Coupe (slower by one tenth) and the 335i is slower than the M6 by 8 tenths. Frankly, the 335i is only about 2 or 3 tenths quicker than its competitors with the same amount of horsepower.
