To say we've been eagerly awaiting the 2015 Dodge Challenger would be an understatement. We've been juiced up ever since the 2014 New York Auto Show. Keep in mind that was BEFORE the all-new Hellcat was introduced.

That just put us over the moon.

So when Agent001 received an invite to Portland to go sample Chrysler's latest wares, he got his bags packed up for an adventure. Just like the mural in the city says, we knew we had to show up and "keep Portland weird."

While Chrysler Group has told us we can't talk about driving impressions or pricing just yet, we are allowed to post AS MANY pictures as we want. As usual, we're going to do just that.

In the meantime, stay tuned for 001's thoughts on the newly revised Challenger and the all-new Hellcat motor.

Let me tell you. This car is as luxurious and powerful as Lamborghini Aventador or LaFerrari. Who is with me?

While the car may be luxurious and powerful - you really cannot compare a mass market car with a body that is clearly getting old - to those icons of performance and luxury - and exclusivity

I doubt FIAT would compare its Ferrari to its Dodge either

The refresh is exellent.

It's maybe overweight but a muscle car and not a sport's car.
It has is own "neech".

You buy this car for it's unique retro looks.
It's a car fun to drive.

Matt and I usually disagree on what constitutes over sized and overweight but this time he's right on the money. What used to be in the pony car category is now over 2 tons? My wife's mini-van doesn't weight much more than this thing. It looks good for a square box and will probably sell well. Won't be to me though. That's more than enough mass for two cars.
