Road Test: 2006 Porsche Cayman S, 2006 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera & S, 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage

The Porsche 911 Carrera (S as well) competes against the Chevrolet Corvette Z06, Aston Martin V8 Vantage and the Porsche Cayman S. Here are some of my brief observations: the Corvette Z06 is the ultimate performance buy, the Aston Martin has performance but is comes up short as a sports car, the Cayman S is an alternative to the 911 Carrera. Because if you look at the numbers they are compare very well, even in price.

I think it was either Car and Driver or Motor Trend which tested the new Cayman and it said that the Cayman was actually getting very comparable numbers in the handling department thanks to its MR setup compared to RR setup in the 911. In fact I think it was the same numbers for both cars on the skidpad at around .90g or something.

GO ASTON MARTIN!!! i honestly dont care about who wins, I mean, they're all fast, well, faster than MY car, who would ask for more? but i do car about styling! hehe, Its gotta be the most beautiful car youve ever seen. :)
