Shouldn't He Be Driving a Benz? LA's Finest Impound Adult Film Star Ron Jeremy's Saturn

He was ranked number first in AVN’s “The 50 Top Adult Stars of All Time” list and even got in the Guinness Book of World Records for “Most Appearances in Adult Films.” But it seems Ron Jeremy is not famous enough to have cops pardon him, considering he recently got his car impounded after officers found out he was driving without a California license.

 Ron Jeremy was enjoying a night out with a lady friend in West Hollywood, California Wednesday night when officers pulled him over. The Police men asked him to get out of the car and perform a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer test. Even though it turned out he was not drunk, the famous now-retired porn star turned out to be driving with no license.

The belief that all "successful" porn stars are rich is a myth. Most end up broke and washed up in short order. Even female stars. The exceptions are mega-stars who know how to monetize their image, brand, and typically short careers, like Jenna Jameson.

It's not so much an issue with income. Most of these actors who get into the industry are not educated and often do not have financial management skills. They blow (no pun intended) whatever they make away without much saving. Just look at many of the athletes that make millions but end up bankrupt.

Yes it is an issue of income. Porn is only lucrative for the studio, but NOT for the stars. One of the reasons feminists are anti-porn--besides their hatred for female anatomy that is--is that performers are not paid well.

If you think there's at least a handful of rich male porn stars, I have floating palace to sell you. Fast food & Walmart workers are paid better (& with benefits).

The poor guy probably gets asked to make appearances for a couple thousand dollars - if that. In his heyday, he probably thought he'd catch something & die, before growing older & needing real money for the future.
