RUMOR: Is THIS The 2015 Lexus RC F's OFFICIAL Base Price?
As of now the official pricing for the 2015 Lexus RC F has NOT been announced. There are zero press releases about pricing and packaging, and the "Build Your Own" configurator has NOT been launched on Lexus' US website.

There is one thing, though. Recently Lexus held a press event where media had the opportunity to drive both the all-new RC and RC F. Typically at these events there is a "data dump." We'd wager pricing was included in that.

So while we do not have official confirmation of what's being reported here, we think it's highly likely that it is accurate.

That said, the latest report from GTspirit is saying that the 2015 RC F's base price will be $62,400*.

*Note: there will be a $925 destination and handling fee tacked onto this base MSRP.

Pricing for the potent 2015 Lexus RC F has just been announced with the first press test drivers of the sports car underway. In the United States, the RC F starts at $63,325 which includes a $925 shipping charge. By comparison, the BMW M4 costs from $65,125.

If this is the actual price, this car is the best deal in the market. It should easily outsell the M4, if it don't, then we all know why.

Are you serious? The thing is overweight, has a very weird love/hate design and will be outperformed by the M4. The M4 already has this thing beat.

If Toyota/Lexus makes something conservative, the Europe worshippers call it "Boring".

If Toyota/Lexus makes something radical looking, the Europe worshippers call it "Ugly".

Even though Toyota/Lexus is all about fun to drive cars for their performance vehicles, the Europe worshippers always just call it "Slower than M4 ROFL LOL!!!!"

Just like how Nissan GT-R is called something as an "insult" to be compared to the cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche and such by those Europe worshippers, you know why they are desperate to bash this amazingly beautiful Lexus as well.

I mean, their next target will be Nissan GT-R R36 and Acura NSX. But we all know those two cars will be far superior to LaFerrari, Lamborghini Aventador, Porsche 918, Bugatti Veyron, Pagani, etc.

Do you have to pay extra for the beating this thing took from the ugly stick?

I'm not a fan of the looks of this car but that's just a personal opinion. However, anyone notice the gloss on the paint job of the hood on the sliver car? It's phenomenal. I'm impressed. It absolutely looks wet.

Price-wise, well, I haven't driven it obviously but it looks reasonable for the category it's targeting, keeping in mind options can influence out-of-pocket money and we know northing about those presently.

It's a custom hood on the silver car....

The hood is the carbon option from Lexus.
