Up To The Task? Infiniti Confirms 2 Door 4-Series Killer To Be Ready By 2015
Infiniti has confirmed to TopGear.com that it will showcase a production version of a brand new, two-door coupe by 2015.

Speaking at the international opening of its new automotive design facility in London last night, Shiro Nakamura, chief creative officer of Infiniti and senior VP of Nissan, told TG his plans to take on the BMW 4-Series.

"I want to make a two-door coupe. It's coming, you'll see it within one year. It'll be a production version, a little bit bigger than a BMW 4-Series, but not as big as a 6-Series," he said.

"As you know, always our sizes are a little bit in between BMW's sizes. Look at the Q50, that's between the 3-Series and 5-Series," he added.

between a 4 and 6 series, how NOT exciting ! i think both 4 and 6 series are too damn big !! i think something between a 2 and 4 series with an updated engine would be interesting..

Uh thats not surprising if youve been paying attention its just the Q50 coupe - replacement to the G37 coupe. Of course its slightly larger just like its predecessor.

Infiniti isn't killing anyone if they're still using the same old VQ engine and FM chassis from decades ago.

It will be bigger in size, but not interior wise. The Q50 is small on the inside relative to a 3 series, even though it has a bigger body.
Ever been in an H2? Not much room on the inside, just like Infinitis.
