Audi To Shake Up Los Angeles Motor Show With 600HP A9 Flagship Concept
Audi is set to showcase an advanced four-door concept that reveals the new design language to be adopted by all of its future models.

The concept will be unveiled at the Los Angeles motor show in November and will also preview a new aluminium-intensive flagship.

The as yet unnamed concept is currently under construction at Audi’s prototype workshop in Ingolstadt. It is claimed to reveal the direction in style  that Audi models – from the entry-level A1 through to next year’s successor to the Q7 – will take under the company’s new design boss, Marc Lichte.

Hoping Audi pulls all the stops on this one. Could be a segment of one. I want at least 210 inches of length here.

With that A5 inspired roofline? BMW has toyed with the idea and done some of their best work with the CS, Vision and Gran Lusso concepts but hasn't pulled the trigger.

So will this be the new look of the played out "same sausage different length" mentality Audi so loves?

I am surprised BMW hasn't made it yet considering how the rest of the lineup has branched out in every direction. The CS was from 2007 I believe but then the global market screwed that one over. Makes sense that it would debut concurrently or just before the next 7 sedan.

if this is anything to go on, Audi win again for sheer style and elegance. Only VW group cars have classic timeless elegant styling. Can't wait to see the final design. Gorgeous.
