The new 2015 Audi TT has been universally praised for being a fun, involving, capable, luxurious and technology-loaded sports car.

For all those that wondered what Audi was going to do next, the new TT is a great example of how Audi has taken a huge step forward in improving driving dynamics and once again setting the benchmark for creating luxurious interiors that blend technology and ergonomics in a wonderful package.

The exterior, on the other hand, is not representative of how future Audi models will evolve from their current version. Audi will make its other models such as the A4, A5, A6, and A8 a lot more differentiated and aggressive both from their current versions and between future models.

Universally praised, but not universally bought, which is what matters in the car industry. All of Audi's competitors far our sell the TT.

From 2012 thru Aug-2014 (32-months):
--Corvette 54,906
--370Z 19,340
--Boxster/Cayman 16,381

--Audi TT 5,335

Nuttie meant this new model has been universally praised. It's not for sale yet, so sales haven't been determined yet.

With that, I think as a niche product, Audi is doing the right thing. They improved the TT to the point of being a "true sports car", per the reviews I've read/watched, so that's definitely a good thing. And the technology inside seems like it would at least bring people into the showroom to take a gander at it. If Audi highlights that technology correctly in its advertising campaign, then it will definitely pique interest.
