2015 Hellcat Charger Trips The 1/4 Mile In Under 11 Seconds? - How Long Until The M5 Puts It Back In It's Place?
Believe it or not, the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is quite lardy with its 4,439 pounds, but it still manages to do a 10.8-second quarter mile if equipped with street-legal drag radials. But that's not as impressive as the 10.7-second quarter mile run the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat sedan is able to do.

Yes, that's right. Although it's almost 120 lbs heavier than the two-door Challenger SRT Hellcat, it is official: the most powerful and fastest sedan in the world is a tenth faster on the 1/4 mile, thus trumping the new muscle car king. With the factory-fitted Pirelli rubber, Dodge quotes an 11-second quarter mile time for the Charger SRT Hellcat, making the sedan 0.2 secs faster than the Challenger from hell.

If a sub-11 second trap is true for the Hellcat while the current M5 does it in what, around 11.9, I'd say a long time before the M5 puts it in its place at a drag strip.

Why would a car from Germany have to put the Charger in it's place. Oh, I forgot....Autospies thinks only the German's can build cars. Everything else in this world is a piece of sh!t.

Audi is the God we can actually see.
