DRIVEN + VIDEO: Consumer Reports Drives The 2015 Toyota Camry, So, How Does It Stack Up?
That old saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it," has been an adage for a variety of reasons for quite some time. Typically when it's uttered it is spot on.

Knowing that Toyota is one of the world's biggest automakers and that its Camry model is one of the domestic top sellers on an annual basis must make product planning difficult. How do you improve upon something that already is selling well?

The 2015 Camry is an exercise in careful restraint.

While it's obvious that the vehicle's been reskinned, Consumer Reports recently got behind the wheel to conduct a review and figure out what exactly is different. Check out the video below to hear the publication's first impressions.

It's obvious that the updated Toyota Camry became more stylish but Toyota also aimed to improve handling and quietness. Engines remain the same, including the super-efficient hybrid.

I get a big kick out of the fact that this car just continues to gobble up million of dollars from consumers while infuriating the automotive "enthusiasts" out there.

Agreed and that's precisely the reason why Toyota won't mess up with that $ formula.

If car enthusiasts were to dictate sales, the ranking would be totally different in the segment:

Mazda6 > Accord > Fusion > Altima > Sonata > Camry > Legacy > Optima > Passat > Malibu

Is the three year cycle a new norm or a response to the excellent Accord redesign or the Fusion styling home run?
