SPIED: FIRST Spy Shots Of What's Rumored To Be The All-New BMW X7 SUV

It's not everyday you see a next-gen BMW 7-Series undergoing testing. It's certainly not everyday you see an all-new 7-Series doing developmental tests while wearing a funny hat.

Spotted for the first time is what's rumored to be the all-new X7 sport-utility vehicle. Filling a niche that has never been occupied by BMW, we expect that the X7 will go head-to-head with the likes of the Land Rover Range Rover and Porsche Cayenne. Considering how much love the all-new Range Rover has received, it looks like BMW certainly has a lot of work to do.

The initial spy shots we found clearly show a vehicle that's in the VERY early stages of development and tuning. The 7'er mule is equipped with objects that we believe are able to accurately mimic the all-new SUVs higher center of gravity. This isn't the first time we've seen something like this employed in vehicles undergoing development.
