2014 SEMA Show Preview Shots LIVE! MOVE Aside, Plebs! The HOTTEST Auto Show For The Elite Is Around The Corner!
Next week the 2014 SEMA Show opens! Of all the auto events of the year, this one is one of our personal favorites. Why, you ask?

Well, it's simple. Held in Las Vegas, the SEMA Show has a different vibe to it than your traditional auto show. There's good reason for this: it's for the aftermarket part suppliers.

It's not open to the public and it is an ode to vehicle personalization. Over the past five or so years, major automakers have begun having a presence at the show because it's become THAT important. Not only does it allow manufacturers and vendors to show off their creativity, it's a place where we can see upcoming trends.

Case in point: one of the first places matte paint broke onto the scene was SEMA.

As Agent001 prepares for next week's autopalooza, let's take a walk down memory lane and show you some of his best pics from years past. We just want to whet your appetite!

Well, that's one man's opinion.

As car owners get more into personalizing their rides, the show will only gain more relevance.

Given the level of customization with other goods that are made "just-in-time," I believe the aftermarket will only GROW from here.

That's not a reasonable opinion to have about SEMA overall.

The entire event showcases something for everyone for whatever type of vehicle you have. Relatively few (even-though Autospies tend to have hundreds) pics shared don't show every single feature or mod being showcased - that's impossible.

In most cases, the vendors don't intend for their customers to add every single mod to their car like they have at the car shows. The show cars are intended to give us a look at the many possibilities.
