Well, the 5 Series certainly made a "comeback" after supposedly selling fewer than 2000 units last month. But now it looks like BMW is giving away its 7 Series. Anyway, the unstoppable 3/4 Series continues to clobber all comers.

3/4 is more than a third of the BMW Sales..good for them.

Oh.. US only sales.

Well, I'm sure this paints an accurate picture of a fifth of BMW's sales.

BMW hols a 5,839 unit lead over Mercedes-Benz heading into the final two months of the year. Let's see which brand comes out on top.

The X1 is feeling the impact of the Mercedes-Benz GLA and Audi Q3 as its sales fell 32% for the month compared to October 2013 and are down almost 17% YTD.

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class continues to dominate the 7-series in sales.

And now for something called "perspective", which you always conveniently leave out.

"The X1 is feeling the impact of the Mercedes-Benz GLA and Audi Q3 as its sales fell 32% for the month compared to October 2013 and are down almost 17% YTD"

Despite being at the end of its life cycle, X1 sales were still slightly higher this month than all-new GLA sales, but for sake of argument we'll call it a tie. Both X1 and GLA sales were roughly triple Audi Q3 sales. That would be the all-new, advertised constantly Q3. So if BMW is feeling impact from the GLA, Audi just got punched in the nuts by it (and by the ancient X1).

"The Mercedes-Benz S-Class continues to dominate the 7-series in sales."

Yes, it does. But again like the X1 vs Q3, despite being at the end of its life cycle, the 7-Series outsold the A8 roughly 3 to 1. The S-class outsold the A8 almost 4 to 1. So there's dominance, and there's DOMINANCE. You're coming up with the short straw in both cases, and we haven't even mentioned A4 and A6 sales vs. 3-Series/C-class and 5-Series/E-class, or Q7 versus X5.

Whatever vehicle you get as your next Audi employee lease, you should get it in "Envy Green".

JRobUSC, you're a cruel, cruel person going around bursting "nutty's" bubble. Shame on you for bringing logic and perspective into this commercial, errr discussion.

The Audi Q3 did almost 1,100 units in September so the drop was pretty significant.

The A8 is a great vehicle but the design is too similar to the A4 and A6. Fortunately, that is going to change with Audi's new design direction.

I'm most surprised to see the old Q5 and Q7 leading Audi's sales growth.

That's great news because the all-new Q7 is going to be a much better vehicle than the current model and Audi is going to address its exterior design "same sausage different length" philosophy head on.

pretty surprised how few the 1/2 series sell in comparison to the 3/4 considering how good of a car it is..
