BMW And Toyota Love Child Moves To Concept Stage

Rumors about Toyota collaborating with BMW over a new vehicle started about two years ago, but nobody could really tell what they were up to, leaving a lot of room for speculation. Now it looks like the two companies have confirmed their plans and indeed, we’ll get a German-Japanese developed sportscar sometime soon.

 According to a report from Automotive News, the cooperation on the underpinnings of the car “has moved to the concept phase and is running according to plan”. Finally, a word from the automakers that at least confirms they are working on something else than lithium-ion batteries.
