Volvo CEO Confirms Compact XC40 Is In The Works - Who Should Be Worried Now?

The sad part for Volvo is that they have two/three of the nicest-styled cars in their respective classes: the V60/V60 Cross Country and XC60. Seriously, I absolutely love the styling of those two compared to almost anything else out there that's a wagon or SUV. Even the S60 is a handsome car relative to its class. But then they come out with the new XC90 which, to me, is just a big dull dud. I'm sure its tech will be great, but it'll all be wrapped in a plain vanilla cover. And their cars don't have the cache or performance to compete.
