Lawyers are the only rats who run ONTO a ship in distress thereby making its problems worse. At least in the British system if you sue, like this, and lose you have to pay the defendant's legal costs. It gets rid of nuisance rats like this.

The problem is it won't change in this country. Most of our wonderful politicians are scum bag lawyers by trade and they love to help their own kind. That's one of the big reasons why we have runaway inflation in healthcare costs, and why our judicial system is broken. Not to mention soo many people behind in jails for petty circumstances, and a law office on every street corner.
