#LAAUTOSHOW: Bentley TEASES Us With The All-New Grand Convertible Concept — Would YOU Give It The Green Light?
If you thought that the world of ultra luxury convertibles needed a bit more competition, then Bentley has answered your prayers. That's because at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show, the legendary British automaker revealed an all-new concept.

Though, if you ask me, it's not much of a concept at all. I think it's pretty clear that this car is going to come along in short order.

I mean, seriously, how many hand raisers does Bentley need to produce this thing? The market is so small and I wouldn't expect more than 500 units built globally on an annual basis. But, I digress.

It's pretty hard to argue that this thing isn't the pinnacle of luxury. If you've never sat in a Mulsanne, I highly recommend you give it a shot. The build quality inside is unlike anything I've seen and I hate to say it, but I think Rolls-Royce needs to get its act a bit tidier. And, if you couldn't tell, this is essentially a Mulsanne with two doors and no top.

Think of it as a continuation of the illustrious Azure that was the flagship Bentley of the late 1990s and early 2000s. According to Bentley once they've received enough market interest, they'll decide what to do at that point.

If you're looking for the Grand Convertible's press release, scope it out via the link.

Build it. Drug addicts like Nicki Minaj, rappers, ballers, drug dealers, and pimps need something given that de Nysschen isn't going to build a $250K Cadillac until 2029.

What a complete rip off of the Phantom Drop-head.

Yeah, I have to admit you cannot look at this WITHOUT thinking of the Phantom Drop Head.

The two-tone paint reminds me of the aluminum hood.

The burl walnut that's reminiscent of the teak deck on the RR.

Just a couple examples, but I am sure this is a brilliant piece regardless.

I think it's beautiful. Certainly not for everyone but - wow - the detailing is breathtaking.
