#LAAUTOSHOW: Oh, My, My. The 2016 Ford Shelby Mustang GT350 MAY Require You To Change Your Pants — BEST Photos Yet!
For months we've been tracking the all-new hardcore Ford Mustang. At first there was a dispute over whether or not the Shelby name would continue. I remember saying it would and some troll calling me an idiot. Just another day here at AutoSpies.

Sure enough, the Shelby name remains.

But aside from the contentious nomenclature issue, when we first saw spy video of the all-new Ford Shelby Mustang GT350, we knew it was going to be impressive. That's because we heard its unreal sounding V8 powerplant. Turns out Ford wasn't fooling around and went for a flat plane 5.2-liter.

With an 8,000 rpm redline, we're pretty sure you'll be at the local car shows in the near future hearing the Hellcat and all-new Shelby duking it out for the most ridiculous stock exhaust.

Before we get into any of the philosophical stuff though, we just wanted to get these GREAT shots Agent 001 snapped in front of you. We'll discuss the rest later.

If you want MORE information about the all-new Ford Shelby Mustang GT350, check out the press release here. And, if you want to hear it, there's a few clips for your viewing pleasure here.

Sweet!

BTW - I was at the show yesterday and noticed that the Audi Prologue concept (gorgeous in the metal!) had a different interior than the super hi-tech one in the press photos. It looked like they just bolted in a standard A6/A7 dashboard into the show car. My guess is they built two of them and put the crappy one on display in LA. Does 001 have any info on this?

Hm, perhaps they switched it out for public days.

He photographed the one with the readout on the passenger side that was seen in the press photos...

Yes, I noticed that. Strange. Guess there are two of them in town because I'm certain the one at the show yesterday had an A6 dash.

Or they perhaps they introd it here and then sent it to the show in China leaving behind a second display version sans the fancy interior...
