WHO Did It BETTER? Audi Prologue Concept vs. BMW Vision Future Luxury?
If you stay tuned to AutoSpies for our coverage of the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show, boy, were you in store for some killer pics. Our very own Agent 001 was on the scene — and he should be given he's based out of lovely San Diego — snapping away.
It's pretty hard to argue that the Audi Prologue wasn't the car of the show, however, we don't just live in a bubble going from show to show. One of the vehicle's key elements was the interior screen on the passenger side.
When the Agents first saw it there were a couple of other cars that came to mind, the BMW Vision Future Luxury and the Vision Connected Drive. You may remember these vehicles, you may not. We thought the Vision Future Luxury would be a shoe-in for the next-gen 7-Series but if you've seen the latest spy pics of the upcoming 7'er, that's clearly not the case.
Note the display on the passenger side of the BMWs?
So, we've been DYING to ask:
WHO did it BETTER? Audi or BMW?
Weigh in below!
We've embedded images of BOTH systems, below!

That is a tough call, both are pretty darn good. i like that BMW has a driver oriented cockpit area. The rest is a toss up.

Not even remotely a tough call. The Audi look like every Audi from the past decade whereas the BMW looks straight out of model year 2020. BMW by far. BMW ages their design language forward. The Audi is status quo.

The vision future luxury by a mile! The prologue looks like a Buick and Ford Fusion.

Gotta go with the BMW this time. There are things about the Bimmer (especially the interior) that just seem right while there are things about the Audi that just seem not right.

The BMW looks like the future, the Audi looks like the past.

If we're only judging the passenger-side information screen, I'd give it to the Audi as the display is larger and appears more user friendly. Its proximity to the passenger would allow it to be a touch screen, which is the only way I could see a passenger to have the ability to control/manipulate the input/output of the display.
