Story: Neither. Salesman asked to put "do not sell" sign on car as prospective customer and manager work out details. Salesman thinks he'll be funny and writes crazy markup (a bad idea, in case the joke is taken seriously). Passer by takes it seriously, snaps pic with smartphone, and image is released to the world.
