Chinese company ships Hover SUV to Europe

"BAODING, China — Great Wall Motor Company has shipped the first batch of 500 Hover utility vehicles to Italy, several months ahead of its planned North American debut next January at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit."

The Hover SUV (Does it sound like something else?) is using a Mitsu 4-cyl engine and looks like the styling was adopted from another Japanese company, Toyota 4-runner anyone?

So in the end my question is whether China can be successful at selling copies at a really cheap price? Will they have all the other companies bankrupt?

Man, the car looks good and it comes in mint green! I'll take 1 if the price is less than 60% of the real 4runner.
