Paul Walker And Roger Rodas Families Set To Go To Court Over HUGE Car Collection
It's been quite some time since we've heard anything related to the Paul Walker and Roger Rodas car accident that claimed both lives. It turns out that the latest news isn't particularly good at all. I don't think it ever is in these type of unique circumstances.

Paul Walker's father, Paul Walker III, has taken issue with the Rodas estate that apparently has possession of the massive fleet of cars from the Always Evolving garage. It is said that Walker and Rodas both owned the major car collection, but of course who knows how the legal documents shake out. Walker's father is looking for $1.8 million which would account for his son's investment into the collection.

According to reports, the Rodas estate has rejected the claim and will be letting the courts settle the matter.

Sounds like things are really going to get hairy especially when figuring out who owned what and how much was paid for which. Unless there is lengthy documentation as to payment and by which party, this may be a difficult case for Walker to win. In addition, we told you back in May that the collection was going to be sold off in bits and pieces.

I wouldn't say that.

Considering they supposedly went in on the cars together, the funds or cars should be split as appropriate.

Not to mention Rodas was the driver of a vehicle that killed Walker and now Walker's daughter has been impacted until she can earn on her own. Now if Walker's father is just trying to claw back $1.8M for himself, that's not cool.

Oh...and don't forget that Paul Walker was this moderate successful actor who had been in a few films in recent years. I'm sure he had an iron-clad will & life insurance policy. All his children should be well taken care of regardless of the $2Mln law suit.

Now, it's possible that PW III had put some money & time into the the foundation as well. That aspect may be unmeasurable in this case.
