#NAIAS: But WAIT, There's MORE! Check Out The 2016 Nissan Titan's INTERIOR
You couldn't have possibly thought we were through when it came to the 2016 Nissan Titan, right? Well, we're not! We also have PLENTY of interior shots to show you so you can become better acquainted with Nissan's all-new pick-up truck.

Agent 001 went to work at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show and it's readily apparent!

Read The 2016 Nissan Titan Press Release HERE!

The reason why we detailed the 2016 Titan so much is because pick-up trucks represent a HUGE chunk of auto sales for the year. In addition, as it's been noted numerous times now, pick-up truck sales are increasing — especially really kitted out ones with a lot of today's latest gadgets and technology.

With gas prices lower than they've been in a long time, we've got a fertile ground for a boost in sport-utility vehicle and pick-up truck purchases in 2015.

And given how well Nissan did the all-new Titan, perhaps it's time for it to shine.

Interior is as ugly as the outside.

A weird mix of materials and probably the worst use of wood in a long time but overall it's about par to what others have at least from visual material check.

Chewy - you nailed it. Check out that fake "grain" wood. That's terrible looking. Look at the huge column shifter. Hey truck builders, here's an idea - how about a KEYLESS starting truck. Then maybe you would get rid of that big honker shifter on the column. I hate to say it, but the ONLY thing I "might" consider buying America would be their trucks or muscle cars. The foreign makers seem to have plenty of opportunity to nail this, but always come up short some how. The cheesy looking steering wheel is ugly looking too.

It is keyless start. What does that have to do with where the gear selector is ......?

Couldn't tell if it is keyless because it's in such an odd place. Regardless, this has to be one or the MORE uglier interiors I've ever seen on a truck. What's up with the steering wheel too?

It seems like a good rule of thumb is that if the wood isn't real, don't use it. This stuff looks plastic. And when I think of wood in a car dash, I think a high end car, not a giant truck.

The leathers look pretty good and nothing beyond the plastic wood is gross, but it just doesn't seem to stand out from the competition.

consumer reports has this truck in last place ,right behind the Toyota Tundra .For CR to blackball a Japanese truck doesn't say much its build quality

Well, I gotta admit....they have checked all the boxes. Got everything done well. This seems to be a good package from what has been shown. The top models will also be priced lower than the top F150 models. I do wonder where they have compromised (all manufacturers have to compromise on some areas for cost issues...its where they choose to put their money, etc) and whether I'm ok with that.
It will not match the F150 in capabilities....but lets be honest....only 1% of the buyers of f150's will actually come close to using those capabilities....for most people....this will work too.
