#NAIAS: How Would YOU Take Your BMW 6-Series? MILD or WILD?
If you didn't notice, this year's 2015 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS) was VERY quiet for BMW. Too quiet, actually.

Essentially the only new products the company did bring along were the newly revamped BMW 6-Series, 6-Series Convertible, 6-Series Gran Coupe and M6. Although you'll have to look VERY close to notice the differences.

After looking through our massive collection of photos from the Detroit show, when I got to the BMW section, I realized something. Essentially the Bavarians were showing us two different flavors of the 6-Series.

There's MILD and then there's WILD.

Check out what appears to be a Mineral White 6-Series Gran Coupe below and see how it compares against the likes of the Austin Yellow M6 Coupe. WHICH do YOU find more enticing? Of course, standard variant and M GmbH product aside.

How would YOU option your 6-Series? Would you spec it MILD or WILD?

Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with Mineral White. If you're apprehensive about the Austin Yellow color, I will say this: In person it looked fantastic. In fact, it made me appreciate the M6 in a whole new light!

The yellow one is hideous... I say neither. I've never been a fan of this fantastically expensive car. I find it neither exciting nor especially "special". Give me a 1986 styled 6 Series with modern mechanicals... THAT car had style, this...ehhhh.

The 6er is what it has always been a slightly flawed but handsome gentlemans GT; that being said the Austin Yellow is a car to pass on
